The Hydrate Benchtop Water Cooler (plumbed) features a high gloss front, brushed steel sides and stylish slim design, perfect for the home or office.

COLD TANK: 3.3-litre type 304 stainless steel for superior chilling. The highly polished surface is easy to clean and maintain.

HOT TANK: 1.8-litre type 304 stainless steel with 500-watt sheathed heater ensures temperature control. The on/off switch is easily accessible at the back of the unit.

CABINET: Black high gloss front with brushed steel silver sides. The top and front panels are moulded ABS plastic, and the side panels are high polymer-coated steel.

TAPS: NSF-approved and hygienic durable polypropylene push taps with self-closing design and fast flow. Hot safety tap comes as standard on hot/cold models.

FLOAT ASSEMBLY: Dual float system maintains the water level and shuts off when full.

SHIPPING We ship within 12 hours of order While we aim to get your order to you in 1-4 working days, delays with the courier are out of our control. Please double-check your address to avoid any redelivery fees by courier companies.

"LOVE IT OR WE'LL REMOVE IT" At The Water Cooler Guys, we want you to love your water filtration system! That’s why we give you 30 days to try it out. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll take it back—free of charge! How it works: If you decide it’s not for you within 30 days, just email us at info@thewatercoolerguys.com.au. We’ll send our plumber to remove the system and cancel your lease. Lease Terms: Your system is installed at your address and stays there unless we agree otherwise in writing. We take care of maintenance and filter replacements. If you change your mind within 30 days, we'll remove the system for free (as long as it’s in good condition).

RETURNS Return and Refund Policy: We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, you can do so within 7 days. For non-opened items, we’ll issue a refund minus shipping and handling) with a 20% restocking fee. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for opened products. Please allow up to 30 days for processing your refund. Remember, you’re responsible for selecting the correct components for your needs, so double-check your order before finalizing!

WARRANTY We’ve got your back with 3 year comprehensive warranty on most products (unless stated otherwise). The warranty covers the system and compressor, but only for the original buyer. If you do have an issue, simply Email us with your invoice and a description of the issue. Pack the product securely—if it’s damaged in transit, the warranty may not apply. You'll cover the cost of shipping to be returned to Waterworks & if the product is faulty, this amount will be reimbursed. If it’s faulty, we’ll work with the manufacturer to repair or replace it. If it’s not faulty, we’ll return it, and you’ll cover shipping costs (plus a $90 testing fee if applicable). Faulty items on arrival (DOA): If you receive a product that's not working, please contact The Water Cooler Guys Customer Service Centre by email within 7 days and arrange to return the item. Make sure the product is in its original packaging with all contents included. If the packaging or contents are missing, your claim might not be accepted. When returning the item, include your order number and a brief description of the fault. If the item is found to be in working order after testing, you’ll be charged for processing fees and any courier costs (if applicable). Warranty repairs & exchanges: Warranty processing depends on our suppliers and may take time for testing, shipping, and repairs. We don’t offer advance replacements, and The Water Cooler Guys isn’t responsible for any delays. We’ll do our best to speed it up! Things to avoid: Mishandling, wrong installation, or physical damage. Tampering with the product or incorrect voltage use. Using the incorrect filter for your unit. If you're not sure, just ask! For discontinued products, we’ll offer a similar replacement or store credit based on the current market value.
